MY EXPERIENCE IN ENORMAYU TRAINOBMENT PROGRAM

ABOUT ENORMAYU:

Enormayu is an E-Learning Platform. Which has introduced the new concept called Trainobment- Training over job placement. 

The Trainobment program also includes Personality development, career development, profile branding, aptitude, Interview preparation, Mentor-ships from Industry experts etc using modern technology to help students, graduates, freshers and experienced professionals to land in their dream job.

ROUTINE CHALLENGE:

There was a Routine challenge to wake up early in the morning and to post the photo in the Social Media(facebook).This challenge made everyone to wake up early and Now, I wake up early everyday.

TIME AND STRESS MANAGEMENT:

Time management

Stress management

I have learnt to manage time for every work I do and also stress too.They gave many tips how to manage time and gave assignment in which we need to fill the time taken for each work we do,which helps us to manage the time.Need to plan the work and act accordingly.This made me utilize the time efficiently.As a student we may have have stress and learn to manage them.This training program helped everybody to manage with time and stress. 

PASSION FACTOR:

Discovering our passion and working towards it.Doing what we love is more important so everyone likes to works towards passion and achieve in it.It has made a great impact and Now we are trying to work towards passion.

SWOT ANALYSIS:

First Team assignment given to us was SWOT analysis, where we selected one company name each and found its Strength,Weakness,Opportunities and Threats.Which helped us to analyze about the company the requirements for the company.

VIDEO RESUME:

Video Resume was our second team assignment.Where we learnt the importance of Video Resume and I built Animated Video Resume using Toonly Software.There was a contest arranged for this assignment and I won.

WEBSITE BUILDING:

Next assignment is Website Building.It is one of the best feeling to have our own website.I built my website using WIX software.Demo video was send to us and guided how to use the software.Every features of software was explained neatly in the video.Which made us understand and work according to it.

RESUME WRITING:

Resume writing was also taught to us.what type of words we need to use while writing a  resume.List of impact full words was given to us so that we can use them in our resume and make it better.Along with that,the format of resume and cover letter is given to us.

APTITUDE SESSION:

Aptitude Session was very good.Sir thought us how to solve the problems and made our basic strong.Aptitude is needed to be cleared to get hired.The questions were also are in between to check whether we understood the concepts or not.This make us to be alert in class and listen to him.

We also had to prepare for the ten year goal plan.what we must achieve in the next ten years this helps us to know what we need to become and work for it.

HIRING TECHNOLOGY:

Gave us the guidance about advanced hiring technology and How to deal with levels of Managers? How we need to behave with managers?How we need to get prepared for an interview? what we need to do one day before of interview?How we need to dress up?they taught us everything we that we need to know for an interview.

GUEST LECTURE:

They also invited the Guest lecturer Mr. Murlidharan R Nair sir,who shared his life experience that how he faced the challenges,how his dreams were fulfilled.What we should do to achieve our goals.he told  us to write our dream in a book with a date in it,which remind me to work hard to get my dreams fulfilled.His words was very inspiring and gave us a fresh start to achieve our goal.

TEAM LEAD AND TEAM WORK:

I worked as a team lead for website building assignment.This is one of my great experience being a lead and also worked as team player,worked with coordination and dedication and completed every task given by the Enormayu Trainobment team.They also give stipend for assignments and encourage us by arranging the contest which makes us to be active in every activities.After every class we need to write the key takeaways in facebook or linkedin profile page.

PUBLIC SPEAKING AND GROUP DISCUSSION: 

Public speaking and group discussion was also arranged.In public speaking,Every one is given a topic and asked us to prepare.Everyone has to speak for about two minutes.This session was good.A class was conducted for explaining how group discussion conducted and what type of question will be given as a group discussion topics.Some question were also discussed too.Do’s and don'ts of group discussion were discussed.In group discussion,A group of eight is made everyone given with a topic and zoom meeting was arranged and group discussion was conducted very interactively.This session was really good and made us to speak confidently.

The classes were very good.A mail was sent to everyone for joining classes.Weekly three classes were taken for about two hours.Seven teams very made each of three to four members and gave the unique name.This training was like a complete package of everything like Technical skills, soft skills, profile branding etc.Quiz is conducted about the interview questions,aptitude questions etc.

I am thankful for being part of this MCPB trainobment program and tried my best to learn things.Enormayu team had worked hard for this MCPB Trainobment program to become successful.Each and every class of this internship was useful and amazing.They were ready to help whenever we need.we learnt new things and gained the knowledge.
